“Love! Dr Azadpur is the best and her staff is amazing! My kids love going to the dentist and look forward to their visits. This office is welcoming, friendly, and when there are dental issues they are quick, knowledgeable, and make everyone feel comfortable. It could be the many choices of toothpaste flavors, the fun way the staff engages your child in the process based on their age, or the way they explain every step of the process to help kids understand why the dentist and good dental hygiene are important. "Magic & wizardry! We just left this amazing office and I'm blown away! It was our son's second-ever dentist visit (the first at another location didn't go so great because he was scared and uncooperative, so they referred us here.) Our visit at Simsbury Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry simply could not have gone better. Susan made the pre-appointment process so easy and set the best tone with her greeting! Every single staffer went out of their way to welcome my little guy, give him an office tour, introduce him around, and make him feel special from the firsst minute. Then, the extraordinary Lilly came into the room and began to perform miracles. She has the most amazing kid patient skills I've ever seen, and my nervous little boy was instantly enchanted and captivated. She explained every piece of equipment, what they did, the sounds they would make, how it would feel. Incredibly, he didn't resist at all, cooperating the entire time. Dr. Adazpur arrived and was so gentle and encouraging. They all made this process look so easy - when we know it's incredibly challenging. Top notch! Thanks Lilly, Dr. Azadpur, Susan, Jill, Kelly, Pat, and Shari for this amazing experience - we look forward to many years of being clients!"
